היי שלי
הייתי מציעה לשים קצת חומץ בבצק עצמו כדי שלא יחמיץ או ישחיר (לפעמים כשמשאירים את הבצק להרבה זמן הוא מתחיל לקבל נקודות שחורות)
קצת כמו שעושים בבורקס או בבצק עלים.
הייתי אולי גם שומרת את הבצק בתוך שמן
