<p class="wp-block-paragraph">הגספאצ'ו הראשון שטעמתי היה בארץ. הוא היה טעים וחלק, זה היה באמצע הקיץ, אחד הדברים היותר מרעננים שתאכלו.<br>את הגספאצ'ואים הבאים התחלתי לאכול במדריד בתור אוכל צוות. היו כל מיני טופינגס מעל וזה כל כך נחמד לפני ארוחה, שלא תבינו אותי לא נכון זו לא ארוחה מלאה אבל זה בדיוק הדבר הזה שכולנו אוהבים הנוזל הזה של הסלט. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">זה מצחיק כי יש לי בעיה עם אנשים שאוכלים עגבניות כמו פרי, זה יכול לעורר אצלי בחילה. זו שריטה שלי כי שקשוקה, או עגבניה מגורדת או סלסה, אין לי בעיה לאכול אבל אין שום סיכוי שאני אכניס עגבניית שרי או עגבניה סתם ככה לפה.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">מה המקור של גספאצ'ו?</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">אז הגספאצ'ו מגיע מאנדלוסיה שבדרום ספרד, במקור הוא התחיל כאחו בלנקו Ajo Blanco, שום לבן בספרדית בימי רומא העתיקה. הוא הורכב מלחם ישן, חומץ, שום, מלח ושמן זית. העגבניות הצטרפו מאוחר יותר, אולי במאה ה-15 כשהעגבניות הגיעו לאירופה, אין לי תיעוד לכך אבל זה מעניין ללא ספק.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">לגספאצ'ו יש את הבן דוד שלו, סלמורחו שמגיע מקורדובה(גם היא עיר באנדלוסיה), היא כוללת חמון סראנו וביצה קשה.</p>
