<p class="wp-block-paragraph">אנחנו נכנסים כמעט לשבוע מלא בטילים ובאזעקות אז אני אפתח באיחול לימים שקטים ובטוחים יותר ובריאות וביטחון לכולם. עד אז אמשיך לבשל כדי לא להישאב אל תוך מבזקי החדשות הבלתי פוסקים. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">שתדעו שלפעמים קלאסיקה מתבקשת בעיקר כשמדובר בתרד וריקוטה שזה השילוב הכי בסיסי שיש. הייתי חייבת משהו אחד בבלוג עם זה ואני חייבת להגיד שהצבע יצא פשוט מטריף. לא תאמינו כמה שזה פשוט לצבוע את הפסטה שלכם בירוק בעזרת תרד.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">תודה רבה לכרמלה על חומרי הגלם המעולים. גילוי נאות אני וכרמלה בשיתוף פעולה למעלה משנה ואני מתה על חומרי הגלם שלהם.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">המלית תספיק לכם ל30-40 יח'(תלוי בגודל שתבחרו) והבצק יספיק גם לעוד מנת פסטה פטוצ'יני/ ספגטי או כל צורה אחרת שתבחרו.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">פסטת חצי ירח Mezzelune</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">מדובר בפסטה שמקורה בצפון איטליה באיזור הגובל באוסטריה וגם במחוז לומברדיה בשם Casoncelli. הפסטה מגיעה מקמח כוסמת/ סמולינה/דורום/קמח רגיל בתוספת ביצים ושמן זית וממולאת בירקות/גבינות/ בשר.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">*יש לעבוד כל הזמן עם מגבות מכוסות כדי לא לייבש את הפסטה.<br>*תנו לבצק לנוח במשך חצי שעה- שעה, אפשר גם יום שלם.<br>*סביר להניח שיישאר יותר בצק מאשר מלית. תוכלו להכין ממנו פטוצ'יני או ספגטי או כל פסטה אחרת. אל תשכחו לייבש את הפסטה לפני הבישול. תוכלו להיעזר ב<span class="has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color"><a href="https://edeneat.com/%d7%a4%d7%a1%d7%98%d7%94-%d7%98%d7%a8%d7%99%d7%99%d7%94-%d7%90%d7%99%d7%9a-%d7%9e%d7%9b%d7%99%d7%a0%d7%99%d7%9d/" data-type="post" data-id="2207">מתכון הזה</a></span><br>*חשוב לסחוט טוב טוב את התרד ע&quot;מ שלא יישארו בו נוזלים. שימו לב! אם יהיו הרבה נוזלים המרקם של הבצק ישתנה לחלוטין.<br>*שחקו עם כמות הקמח (בין 420-450) ע&quot;מ שתקבלו מרקם טוב של הבצק ולא רטוב מדי<br></p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">אוהבים כרובית??</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">אין על הירק הנפלא הזה. לא סתם עז תלם כתב ספר שלם על כרובית. האמת היא שהמתכון הזה הוא עוד מדצמבר של השנה האחרונה, אי שם כשאלון ואני חשבנו איזה מנות נכניס לארוחה שלנו.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">התחלנו בביס כרובית. טארטלט בצק פריך מלוח, קרם כרובית עם שברי מקדמיה קלויה, שמיכת פרמזן מיושן ועלה טרגון. ביס שמכניס אותך לארוחה שלמה.<br>כשעשינו את הארוחה הראשונה, הזמנתי חברים קרובים ומשפחה. אלה, שלא אוכלת לא בשר ולא דגים, מצאה את עצמה הולכת למטבח ואוכלת את הקרם בכפית. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">יצא מאז פעם אחת שהזמנתי את הבנות לארוחת פסטות ופשוט החלטתי שאם היא באה צריך להכין פסטה ברוטב כזה כי מה רע בזה? התוצאה הייתה סופר מוצלחת ולכן החלטתי לפרסם גם כאן אחרי הפסטת תירס שנחלה הצלחה.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">פסטה: ניסיתי עם ספגטי ועם אורקייטה(סוג הפסטה)<br>חלב<br>שמנת<br>חמאה<br>פרמזן<br>כרובית<br>וגם מלח ופלפל לבן(לא ספרתי אותם במרכיבים)</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">שינויים/ שדרוגים/ הערות:</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">רוצים רזה יותר? שחקו בכמויות של החלב מול השמנת. שימו יותר חלב. קחו בחשבון שהרוטב יהיה מעט נוזלי.<br><strong>חומרי גלם:</strong><br>*פרמזן- משום מה אנשים נוטים לזרוק את החלק הקשה של הפרמזן. זו טעות. כל הטעם נמצא שם. אני תמיד שומרת במקרר או במקפיא בוואקום את החלק הזה ומכניסה אותו ברטבים.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><br><strong>שדרוגים:</strong><br>*תוכלו להוסיף בייקון קצוץ מעל או קבנוס קצוץ למי שלא אוכל חזיר.<br>*גרידת לימון תיתן פרשיות.<br>*עשבי תיבול כמו עלי פטרוזיליה קצוצים/ טרגון/ עירית קצוצה.<br>*פרחי כרובית קטנים מטוגנים בחמאה חומה- הוספתי למטה מתכון.<br>*פירורי לחם עם כרובית וגרידת לימון. הוספתי מתכון למטה.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>מה לעשות ביום שאחרי?</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">בגלל שהרוטב הוא שמנתי, אמליץ לכם לשמור אותו בנפרד מהפסטה. אם ערבבתם אותם ביחד אז תפתחו את הפסטה והרוטב ביום שאחרי עם קצת חלב כדי להחזיר להם את הקרמיות.</p>
