<p class="wp-block-paragraph">מכירים את זה שפשוט בא לכם חיים קלים? עוף שלא דורש הרבה מאמץ ורק צריך לתבל ולשלוח לתנור. אז הנה אחד כזה. <br>באחד מימי הקורונה קיבלתי חבילה מירוקלה שהם חברה שמספקת עשבי תבלין וניסיתי לחשוב מה יהיה פשוט וטעים וממש במקרה הכנתי לאבנה בבית.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">אנו נוטים בדר&quot;כ לזרוק את המים שניגרים מהלאבנה וחבל. המים האלו מלאים באנזימים שמפרקים חלבונים ועוזרים לריכוך. מי שאוכל כשר יכול לנסות את המשרה הזה עם דגים. בקיצור זה זהב, ממליצה לשמור תמיד על המים האלו הם נהדרים לריכוך יותר ממרינדות.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">אז יש כאן עוף במשרה שנכנס לתנור עם עשבים, בצל ושום והוא עצמו מתובל בפפריקה, סומק, מלח ופלפל. יש כאן תוספת של סלסה ממש מגניבה של זעתר טרי ולימון כבוש אבל זה לגמרי לא חובה. בעיני ממש מוסיף.</p>
