<p class="wp-block-paragraph">*חומרי גלם:<br>*כמובן שהמתכון יכול לשלב בתוכו בשר, תוכלו כמובן להוסיף רצועות של שייטל/ שפיץ שייטל/נתח קצבים/סינטה/פלאנק <br>*ניתן גם להוסיף פרגית או חזה עוף(הייתי מוסיפה את העוף אחרי שערבבתי אותו עם השום והג'ינג'ר לחצי שעה לפחות בקערה שיתרכך).<br>*טופו גם יתקבל בברכה<br>*אתם יכולים גם להכניס רבע כרוב אם תרצו, התוצאה מזכירה יותר מוקפץ.<br>*מה זה צ'ילי מותסס? צ'ילי טרי שטחנתי ושקלתי במשקל ואז הוספתי 4% מלח גס(ולא דק) ו3% שום שכתשתי/ גירדתי וסגרתי בחוץ מכוסה בצנצנת מעוקרת ל4 ימים לפחות ואז העברתי למקרר.<br>*אין לכם שיטאקי? תוכלו להשרות שיטאקי מיובשות לפחות לחצי שעה- 40 דקות, לקצוץ ולהוסיף פנימה ולהשתמש במי ההשרייה יחד עם מי הבישול(נגיד חצי חצי).</p>
