<p class="wp-block-paragraph">עוד שבוע אנחנו ברומא, אז הוחלט בבית לא להכין פסטות עד אז. אני לא חושבת שאני אשרוד את זה. ניצלתי את הזמן קצת לאורז. אני כבר כמה ימים מנסה לפצח את המתכון המושלם למנגו סטיקי רייס כי זה באמת אחד הקינוחים האהובים עלי. היום בצהריים זה היה תורה של המג'דרה. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">זה כאילו סייד דיש כזה שנמצא בהרבה מקומות מזרחיים או ערביים או שפשוט בתור תוספת למנה עסקית. משהו מתפספס כאן בכל הסיפור. איכשהו תמיד זה כזה נחמד אבל לא מטורף. היה לי חשוב לנסות להכין מג'דרה טעימה וכיפית כי זה באמת פתרון ממש נחמד לצמחוניים, טבעוניים, צלייאקים וגם לכם לקטוזים.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="מי-את-מג-דרה"> מי את מג'דרה?</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">האזכור הראשון למג'דרה מגיע מעיראק בשנת 1226 והוא כולל אורז, עדשים ובשר והוא מוגש בחגיגות או אירועים מיוחדים. הורסיה ללא הבשר הייתה שייכת בעבר לעניים. בעולם הערבי ישנה אמרה ולפיה אדם רעב ימכור את נשמתו עבור מנת מג'דרה.<br>מאכל שמאוד מזכיר מג'דרה הוא קיצ'רי שאכלתי בילדותי.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="איך-אוכלים-מג-דרה">איך אוכלים מג'דרה?</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">מג'דרה אוכלים בתחילת הארוחה או לצד מנה עיקרית והיא מוגשת לרוב עם עדשים כתומות או חומות. אני אוהבת להכין עם שחורות כי זה מהיר יותר ולא צריך להשרות מראש. ניתן להכין אותה מאורז/ בורגול/ חיטה/ פריקי(חיטה מעושנת). יהודי סוריה ומצרים נהגו לאכול מג'דרה פעמיים בשבוע &#8211; ביום חמישי בערב חמה וביום ראשון בצהריים קרה.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="כמה-עקרונות-חשובים">כמה עקרונות חשובים:</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">*אופן ההכנה:<br>*הקפידו לטגן את הבצל בסבלנות ולתת לו את הצבע ואת הזמן שלו, אחרת תהיה לכם מג'דרה בינונית.<br>*עדיף תמיד לתבל את האורז לפני ולא אחרי. שימו לב לטעם של המים, לא לשכוח להמליח אותם.<br>*את העשבים נקצוץ פעם אחת ולא נעבור עליהם שוב מאחר והם ישחירו ויוציאו את כל הנוזל והטעם שיש בהם על הקרש. הימנעו מגבעולים של פטרוזיליה, הם סיביים מאוד ולא נעימים בפה.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">*הערות כלליות:<br>*אל תיבהלו מכמות הבצל, הוא מצטמצם. אני אוהבת לחתוך אותו לא הכי קטן כי אז הוא נעלם.<br>*המג'דרה נשמרת ל3 ימים במקרר בקופסא אטומה. הכמות מספיקה ל6 אנשים ולפעמים גם ליותר.</p>
