<h2 class="wp-block-heading">מה זה יוזו?</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">יוזו הוא סוג של פרי הדר עם ארומה מאוד חזקה. לעיתים נאמר שיוזו הוא הכלאה בטעמים בין אשכולית למנדרינה. נפוץ במטבח היפני ומשמש להכנת תה, רטבים כמו פונזו למשל, תמציות, מרק מיסו, אלכוהול ועוד.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">בקוריאה היוזו נקרא יוג'ה ומשתמשים בו להכנת מרמלדה לתה. (פרוסות דקות עם גבישי סוכר מרובעים).</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">יוזו קושו</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">הוא מרכיב מאוד נפוץ במטבח היפני. מורכב מגרידה של יוזו, מלח ופלפל אדום או ירוק חריפים. משתמשים בו לקציצות יפניות, אודון, מיסו, סשימי, טמפורה, שיפודי עוף יפניים וסלטים. יש מקורות שטוענים כי המקור של היוזו קושו הוא באיטה ובסודאה שביפן.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">*תוכלו להמיר יוזו במיץ לימון/ליים ובגרידת לימון/ ליים.<br>*תוכלו להמיר את הסויה בסויה ללא גלוטן.<br>*אם אין פלפל חריף ירוק תאילנדי קטן, שימו רגיל אך בזהירות שלא יהיה חריף מדי.<br><strong>אופן ההכנה:<br></strong>*כמובן שאפשר לצפות בקורנפלור לטגן ולהעביר ישר לרוטב.<br>*תוכלו לאפות וישר להעביר למחבת. אני אוהבת למרוח כי הרוטב כן מתקרמל ונדבק טוב ככה ואז כשמעבירים למחבת, הציפוי יותר אחיד.<br>*המגש אפייה עם הנייר מונע לכלוך מהמגש עצמו כל הנוזלים יורדים היישר אל הנייר אפייה. את הרשת תוכלו לנקות עם מים רותחים וסבון. יורד מהר.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">בואו נודה בזה. היה שלב שיוזו יצא לכולנו מהחורים, זה היה טרנד. היום יוצא לי הרבה להשתמש ביוזו, אם זה בקינוחים או כריבה או כמחית &quot;יוזו קושו&quot; או כמיץ. לרוב מהבקבוק המשומר. בעודי גולשת באתר של כרמלה, נתקלתי ביוזו טרי וידעתי שאני חייבת לנסות אותו אצלי במטבח כאן בארץ.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">מה זה יוזו?</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">יוזו הוא סוג של פרי הדר עם ארומה מאוד חזקה. לעיתים נאמר שיוזו הוא הכלאה בטעמים בין אשכולית למנדרינה. נפוץ במטבח היפני ומשמש להכנת תה, רטבים כמו פונזו למשל, תמציות, מרק מיסו, אלכוהול ועוד.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">בקוריאה היוזו נקרא יוג'ה ומשתמשים בו להכנת מרמלדה לתה. (פרוסות דקות עם גבישי סוכר מרובעים).</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">יוזו קושו</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">הוא מרכיב מאוד נפוץ במטבח היפני. מורכב מגרידה של יוזו, מלח ופלפל אדום או ירוק חריפים. משתמשים בו לקציצות יפניות, אודון, מיסו, סשימי, טמפורה, שיפודי עוף יפניים וסלטים. יש מקורות שטוענים כי המקור של היוזו קושו הוא באיטה ובסודאה שביפן.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">תחילה זה היה משהו שמשפחות מכינות לבד ועם הזמן נהיו מותגים שמייצרים ומוכרים יוזו קושו.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">הערות:</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">*כמובן שאם לא מצאתם יוזו, תוכלו להמיר בלימון או בכל פרי הדר.<br>*תוכלו לשמור במקרר ולהוציא כל פעם עם כפית נקייה.<br>*יש לאחסן בצנצנת מעוכרת.<br>*יש לעבוד עם כפפות.<br>*מומלץ להשתמש בצ'ילי תאילנדי קטן. אם אין תשמשו ברגיל ירוק. <br>*היוזו קושו אמור לתסוס במקרר. תנו לו שבוע להיות סגור ואז השתמשו בו. (אני כמובן לא התאפקתי ושמתי קצת בכנפיים)</p>
